The latest update got rid of the map view. This was one of the great features as it allowed me to see what was available if I planned to travel. The search now is very limited since it only comes up by specific words I type instead of showing me what's available around a place.2024-04-21 06:11:40

Barcode scanner is bad, worked only after 10th try. Tried not to use the app immediately because of covid, when all places have restricted access. Finally I forgot about it, and when I tried it I was 1 month late. Market can adopt for covid and understand customers by extending return policies, but government trays to show us that nothing happens.2024-04-21 00:28:45

Edit: received awesome support to fix Hi, I used this app to register me and my other family members and overall it worked well. However, I am unable to login to the app even though i got the email stating my account is active. My brother used my phone to register his account successfully and can now login on his phone but when I try to login on my phone using my email it keeps logging into my brother's account. We were at Pinery Provincial Park yesterday, first time using the card and we were asked for the card number and card expiration date. However, after inserting the venue password, the card displayed did not contain this information. Both us and the staff were puzzled...the app is great as it gives access to the parks, however it should be more explicit on the screen for the staff at venues to be aware of the offering.2024-04-17 18:49:35
