This app works best at just tracking items with a tracking number. Recognizes legit numbers in your clipboard. Decent details where available. Knocked a mark off for the inability to archive (hide) completed items, you can only delete them to make them go away, which is not ideal. I'd also like to be able to sort items with undelivered at the top, or ones that have been delayed, and be able to archive old ones. Hopefully the developer will add features.2024-05-14 14:20:17

In theory this app works well. You can list all items you are tracking, and it will provide you with updates via notifications. The problem is, if you click the notification it consistently takes you back to the app where it doesn't appear that these updates ever happened! For example, says my parcel has arrived in my city for processing, but when I go back to the app, it says the item is in its original state in Mississauga. FRUSTRATING!2024-05-13 21:53:31

Used to work well, but information on the app is no longer reliable. Does not do a good job of tracking your packages. Multiple instances of information being presented that is just not accurate. At CPC request, I'm updating this rating, and can confirm the updates did not increase the reliability of the data. The app also continues to fail to identify new packages for me without me explicitly entering the tracking numbers, and despite what the functionality states. Still 2 stars.2024-05-10 13:01:07

Updated review since they responded so quickly and fixed the issue. All seems to be working properly again! *Since the last update on February 22nd, the app continuously crashes. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled on my Samsung device multiple times. I can barely get signed in before it crashes again. It's unusable in this state. Several things are wrong with this app. Epost should be the default start page on there. The option is now available to log in with finger print, but every time I try to set it up it just freezes and stays on the same screen saying finger print recognized. As for tracking packages, often it says I have received something - delivered to community mailbox, but it's not there till a day or 2 later.2024-04-24 21:30:42

A superb app now. If you copy a postal tracking number from an email or web page the app will ask you if you want to track it. It then allows you to to identify it with your own description. It can automatically update you with any status changes, pay duty and taxes on line. You can also set up email alerts to interested parties. It works smoothly and intuitively. Kudos to Canada Post.
