I have twice recommended adding a personal setting for sorting transactions in ascending date order and retaining it. They always appear in descending order. We can change the order by selecting the date heading down-arrow but it always returns to descending order whenever navigating away and returning. We don't enter transactions in our register in descending order. I know no one does this anymore but I do to keep a backup and double check my balance.2024-08-12 14:44:51

This has got to be one of the worst online banking apps out there. It's probably not Summit's fault- it's probably 3rd party software- but it is awful. Access and logins are given solely to the primary account holder, even on joint accounts, business accounts cannot be accessed without another, different login. Secondary acct holders can't deposit into joint accounts. I could go on, but let's just say that this system is only set up for individual, non-entrepreneurial, account holders.2024-08-12 12:54:34

The app still functions as well as it always has, at least in my experience, but the all-white interface is way too bright & harsh. The functionality of this app is good for the most part. Easy to log into and transfer funds quickly. One issue I've ran into is that the website does not let you change your password and your user ID in the same day. I was locked out of my account for hours due to this. Not sure why my username and biometrics keep resetting but it's getting annoying having to reenable it constantly. Starting to think it's some type of malware trying to steal my passwords. Remove the do you really want to exit prompt. That's a great way to think you closed it but didnt. We are adults, if I mashed the button too many times that's my mistake and I will log back in.
