My 4 year old loves the app and it has really helped her improve her brushing habits. However, she is 4 and relies on 2 different parents to use the app on one of our phones (neither one of us is there for every single toothbrushing routine). As far as I can figure out, there is no way to use the same account on different devices, so she gets upset that she loses her brushing streaks.2024-05-18 21:03:08

The kids absolutely love the app and it encourages good brushing but it has a couple of technical malfunctions/bugs that annoy me and thus I'm giving only 3 stars. Most notably, the app is set to German but randomly jumps to English in between. Also the kids can request that the parent approves a teeth brushing that is not in the calendar. Closest thing to what I was looking for, but still misses the mark. Though they show "brushing" on all sides of the teeth, it is an interactive game. Not a tool for real time guidance. I really wanted to find an app that would provide an animated graphic of brushing ALL sides of the teeth and tongue, that goes along with a timer for 2-5mins, and a reward system for daily completion. The idea of the app is fine, but I think my son will easily get bored by it. As mentioned before, gifts are repetitive. Also, why don't the parents have full control? The app says my son brushed for 1.54m and I can't change that, although I know it was the full 2 min. Now the streak is lost, but you do need it for more gifts. Lots of glitches. Everytime I go into the app it makes me re-select the region and keeps saying the language is not supported (English) I can not find how to connect the toothbrush to the app via Bluetooth. Just got the toothbrush today. The app never connects to the brush like it says it should. The first brushing, it didn't matter if the brush was on or off the app just went on as of my kid was brushing. The 2nd brushing we just left it off since she didn't like the feel of the brush head moving. As soon as the 2 minutes we're up the app crashed and can't get back on.2024-04-29 00:21:41
