Horrible experience. No one answers phone, website does not work and neither does app. Constant api errors. Lied when I booked reservation via edreams. Baggage not included. The edreams quit working, as well. Can't book luggage. 6 different prices don't know which is correct. Impossible to call. No food on jntercontinental that I can tell. The interface is made as if you only fly with TAP. Your flights are not easily findable in the app, although you maximally have 2. Boarding codes are hard to find. With multiple passengers all boarding passed have their separate page and it is hard to navigate between them.2024-04-23 13:43:18

I normally don't place reviews, but TAP really deserves this. Anything works on TAP, this app is terrible, the website as well. And they most probably removed their call center. I had my flight canceled and I'm trying to change it, but it simply doesn't work either on website or app. There are 2 weeks that I'm trying to do so, but the call center is never available. I downloaded the app because it's almost impossible to make a Search on the website. The option to search for best dates isn't available on the first search, and when you choose a date based on a price, and go to purchase the prices never match. Very hard to plan a trip. I've traveled with TAP a couple of times, flights are ok, services good, but for the last year or so, I've chosen other companies because the prices on the search are different from the purchase price.2024-04-23 10:49:11

What a nightmare, I book a flight on the app and money chaged to my credit card . No confirmation or booking reference. I call TAP and am told no booking exists to book again online not with the app I won't be charged twice. 2 booking ok. Then an hour later 1st booking arrives and of course I have been charged twice . Tap cancels one of the booking and issues a refund and now I am not receiving verification code to enter booking on app. I hope their pilots are better than their IT staff2024-04-23 06:02:09

BEWARE! You'll get robbed! Horrible app, horrible Airline. TAP is Super restrictive on luggage and weight, AND you have to "buy" a seat?! I bought a ticket and canceled it in less than 24 hours which by law requires a refund. TAP says the refund is being "processed" and may take months and may not refund the total amount!
