I like the service but my Venmo wont work unless I turn the vpn off. It will work for a couple hours but stop again. I am able to add the URL to my safe list but Comodo won't let me add the app to the safe list. I recently got phished by a fake Amazon rep and shut it down quickly before he got anything but don't like operating without my vpn. I may cancel my subscription early if needed and take the loss on a full year subscription if needed and change my stars at that point if not resolved.2024-04-30 01:56:20

The short version: very satisfied, 5 stars. Scanning is slow, real time protection excellent. The long one: My app version must be quite old (3.5.3500, seemingly, as the copyright pertains to 2012-2016) does not have the free VPN (wish I had it, if it does not make browsing too slow), but still has the Call Blocking feature (which I haven't needed yet). Luckily there have not been forced updates, and probably my phone is too old for them anyway. I am not eager to try to update, since there is never a way to get one's old versions back (Android's rigidity), which is customer unfriendly since updates can use too many resources and suffer from loss of functionality. Question 1: What is the price for the VPN feature per year? Question 2: Sophos claims that Google enforces new apps not to have Call Blocking - why would that be?2024-04-26 07:43:16

Great app but under the firewall section... It gives us a choice select allow this time and has the switch to let us allow access all the time w/out having to ask us. Though I generally like Comodo, this app gives no info that I can see. It says 213 out if 214 apps scanned, but it won't tell you which one it doesn't scan or why it doesn't scan it. Also my security level is low, why? No idea, the app doesn't mention it. The only thing to do is try a different app that actually gives some information, I suppose. Trouble now with text messages, images, everything is slow as hell. Uses way more battery life than any app I ever had, only way to avoid complete drain is to turn functions off. I uninstalled Norton and installed Comodo because of the promises of free VPN, Firewall, AppLock, Wifi Security, ID Protection, and the Vault. But it's all a big lie. When I tried to activate those supposedly free features, Comodo said they are Premium features at $6.49/month or $26.99/year. I'm done with Comodo. I'm going back to Norton Antivirus, for the only reason I had uninstalled it was because it didn't offer free VPN.
