Great at first, then kept crashing, eventually found a temp fix with support... But the second time this happened, I had no idea the app wasn't syncing and lost $400 worth of frozen food. We have a dozen sensors and 3 bridges at 3 locations hundreds miles apart. The sensor push product works very well. I like this app, it seems easy to use and has all the features I need. have been using for about 3 months was solid as a rock. Jan 16 things went wonky and the tech support looked after things above and beyond what they needed to do. I have been using these for years and just added gateway and addition sensors few months ago. I use these sensors to monitor cigar humidors,freezer when it was having issues, and a greenhouse I can't understand any poor review. The developer is super responsive n approachable. Fast accurate response in as little or much tech detail you like.As a side note, which I have detailed to the company, I have had sensors that weathered 2 hurricanes, stayed outside in totaled building and still work.2024-04-30 13:48:10

Works as Designed. Alerts me if the temperature in my pet room gets too high or low. I wish it would do 2 things that it doesn't do: 1. Alert me if the sensor or gateway has not synced for over an hour. 2. Stop asking to repeatedly turn on Bluetooth, even after I select "Deny". Update April 2022. So far so good. I haven't had any problems and I really enjoy the graphs but I do find myself wanting to pin notes at different times. I'm currently monitoring a space I built to protect some plants from frost and I've been experimenting with different methods of keeping it warm.
