It's now good for nothing , useless app and airtel customer care... never recommend it to any one....going to switch back to jio I updated this app but after that it quite hanged or lagged due to software issues or what so I just uninstalled it and then again installed it but now problem even worsened as now I am unable to login into my account as it is just hanged in OTP sending step and not proceeding further. I frequently get sms that I have been credited 1gb data free. But I cannot claim it, I called customer service for assistance and press this press that ordeal began. Press 1 for prepaid could not be pressed as the selection itself seems disabled. Finally "you have exceeded max tries". What is this? KBC? When the caller is unsure the call has to be diverted to a human being, that's international norm, but not with airtel. Pathetic.
