If they are the Ticket Masters, what does that make you and me? Pointless app. There is no reason you should need an app just to view a ticket you purchased. PDF downloads were printable, flexible, and perfect. I hate entrusting my tickets to a buggy, unreliable app. Ticketmaster has made the experience of buying and using a ticket incredibly expensive, and absurdly convoluted. Ticketmaster sends repeated emails insisting that I load my tickets into this app. Anytime I try to do anything with the app, it just crashes and dies, over and over and over. Uninstall, reinstall, crash. Don't make your app mandatory for me to be able to use tickets I paid a lot of money (and ridiculous Ticketmaster fees) for if It is unusable garbage. This app is absolute trash. I've attempted to get a ticket after already being signed in. It makes you sign in again, then the ticket is not available because I have already tried to purchase it, which I have to wait the 5 or 10 minutes to try again only to have the same exact pattern of events happen 5 times in a row. I don't understand how this app is this bad.. Once you make a purchase it's impossible to login to download your tickets. It stays stuck on the sign in page. How are people supposed to access their tickets??? And how isn't this resolved when I see so many others in the reviews having the same issue! Had to give the same information 3 times to 3 different people across 2 weeks for a simple error code during purchase. Was told not to attempt to purchase again and that I'd be contacted several times, but kept getting told that the person before messed up so they were going to have to restart. They finally called me this morning...for .1 seconds, my phone was SITTING IN MY LAP so I saw the "attempted call". The app won't sign in. It just gets stuck at the sign in screen. I opened a support ticket and their very first suggestion was to use a browser. So, your solution is to not use the app... then what's the point of the app?
