This is a great service provided by my insurance. My son really enjoys the fact he won't have to go to the doctor and I enjoy the fact that it's easy and convenient to call up once I don't feel well and get it taken care of when I have time. The doctor was very nice and is startong treatment- he did urge to follow up with a family doctor due to the severity. He was very knowledgable and receptive to ideas. I actually talked WITH a doctor, not being talked at was a welcoming feeling compared to past visits I have had in person with physicians.
