They seem to have removed the filter for restaurants OPEN NOW so when trying to order approaching midnight, alot of time is wasted as you go through restaurants that turn out to be closed. I am not sure why they removed the most useful filter on the site, but this would put me off using the site and go to fast food with their own apps. The worst thing that has happened to a honest delivery business is the crime of False-claiming on a delivery. My wife used this system to order food for our home during Easter, the delivery was not made, delivery person claimed to have made calls (which he never did), didn't get to our door and the company claimed through a manager that they wouldn't redeliver the items nor make a refund. I have heard great things about this app from friends and family, but this is terrible. I order something, and they replace it with something completely different and not what I wanted. Problem: The app does not remember the users delivery address on reopening. Steps: Each time the app is opened, deliveroo asks for location information, despite having this information stored in my logged in account. After selecting "Not now", the user is forced to choose a location on a map before being able to access the dashboard where saved addresses can be selected with the drop-down.
