The drivers are reckless when driving and rude when speaking to you. I've had drivers cancel my order when they say they are at the destination but can't find me even after I ask where they are. It's a sloppy service. I didn't even receive help with an extremely heavy bag when I asked nicely for the driver to help me, I was only told to hurry up and get in the car?? Seriously, disappointing. In Tbilisi, Georgia, there are two ride sharing apps, Bolt and Yandex Taxi. I used to prefer Bolt. No longer. Bolt customer support has been slow or even non-responsive. Yandex Taxi customer service is FAR better. They are always quick to make refunds, or correct errors. They actually care about how the customer feels about his or her ride. Very bad I was trying reach customer service via chat in app I have issue with my company incvoice it's been 3 days all the time new employee need to explain every single time again again and first they ask me to provide the date and time I did and then they asking for each pick and droping point really. In which stone age this app management lives! 17 minutes to have a car arriving a waiting in the street customers! Have this app management heard of giving a customer a choice to accept waiting for 17 minutes or not! And guess what! After waiting for 8 minutes, the driver canceled the trip! 1 star because I've been waiting, waiting for my refund were the driver didn't end the trip. It's really frustrating to send the support team an enquiry about my refund but I just get the same reply everytime which is them saying "I've sent the amount to your bank account", however I won't lie their support team service is good with short periods of time in-between replies.
