2nd edit: response was changed to look b etter Edit: Lowered due to rude response. If I can't figure out how to delete from menu, it's my experience. Shouldn't have to contact for something so simple. plus side, can set your own alarm selection as a reminder. Needs improvement. The concept is nice, but the functionality is poor. The app changes the the dosage and time of medications taking. Doesn't update the taken medications. Not a good app *UPDATE* If I could give zero stars I definitely would! Constantly having to reset the intake time for reminders on this app. Oh and thanks for calling me a liar because your app is sooo perfect and non flawed. BS! I like the app. It is user friendly and is easy to use. You don't have to carry a list of medications around with you it is all on your phone. Helps when I go to Doctors office for visit. I show the nurse the app page with all my medication listed when she is taking vitals and she checks off the list against my records. I like it but every app out there is missing a big safety feature!!! Alot of people need some way to track when it's safe to take another dose of PRN meds. Maybe a countdown feature that starts when you mark the med as taken and gives some form of ok when the proper amount of time has passed to avoid accidental overdoses. If you are extremely technical and have a lot of patience this will be a fantastic app eventually. My father has Alzheimer and we need help. The weakest point is the attitude of customer service not the diligence they contacted back but they did seem condescending. I think it has great potential and will be a wonderful app eventually.
