In 2022, the app failed 99.9% of the time. In 2023, it fails 100%. It always says the bank won't accept my card. I have tried several credit cards, and they all fail. While parking, I have called my bank, and they say there is not an issue with my card. I have contacted Flowbird, but their "solutions" don't help. Absolutely the worst parking app ever developed! Not user friendly at all! Customer support is worthless! You have to be in a parking spot to enter payment info. Imagine, at the beach, 99 degrees, 100% humidity, sun glare on the screen, kids screaming to get in the ocean and having to enter credit card info. really cool convenient idea but the first time I tired using it (usually pay at meter but was late to class) I've tried typing in my credit card number multiple times and it just shows a blank screen after I hit enter. This app is so frustrating to use! It's supposed to keep my card on file, but instead I have to enter it in EVERY TIME I pay for parking. And it never registers my ticket, and sometimes I have to enter my card info 5 or 6 times. It is extremely inconvenient and that's literally what this app is designed to do is make paying for parking more convenient. Absolutely useless app, need to log in every time. It says my email is not connected to an account but when I try to create a new account with my email it says its already in use. My first account got blocked because of fraud alert, I mean come on, who is trying to hack a parking app, hilarious. The service fee you need to pay every time you extend your parking is insane, no other similar app takes this fee. The app doesn't keep you logged in, and doesn't notify you by default that your parking is about to expire. The notification that yu have an active session never goes away (probably because being logged off stops updates from being pushed). Tha app also doesn't take alternative payment methods (Vipps, Google pay), so you end up having to add a credit card, which is a pain the first time you use the app. And as noted by another review, it's infuriating to have yet another app with limited use...2024-11-03 02:21:16
