Very bad experience with internet, cheating on billing, they upgrade without informing and when I request for downgrade it is not possible, which means I have to pay by force and if I want to cancel there is also fee with for 3 month advance, I will never suggest any of my friends to get DU internet always issue with speed also2024-05-18 03:49:51

Issue on flexi prepaid plans prices! First I top up 1100 aed, then the offer disappear! I could see a plan for 120 flexi minutes and 10GB, after paying once balance was in my account thr plan has disappeared and the price has almost doubled, it only shows 5+5GB with max 60 flexi minutes. The app update makes the plans disappear without any notice. Different people see different prices based on app version. If the recharge amount has 4 digit there's another bug. My monthly payment jumped by over 23% without prior notice. As i went online and booked a new plan, i received a call from DU technician stating they can't process the new plan as customer service has to deactivate my old one. I called customer service, who stated that my 2 year contract expired but they can gladly renew it. He assured me that they'll call back the same day to do so. A week passed without that call. i tried to renew one year pre paid number, and I choosed to upgrade my plan and I have charged my number 1100 Aed. After renewing the plan I'm surprised that the plan not upgraded an renewed with old one. When I called du call center, they said you cannot upgrade using the app!!!
