Latest update: The new "Rufus" content completely bogs down an item page. It becomes so bad I have to conpletely stop the app and reload. Older updates: Extremely slow to load content (and getting worse with each update) unless you're on wifi. The latest UI updates are just awful. The app automatically adapts to my phone's dark mode settings. Cool, except that the font in the search bar is white, as is the search bar, and the icons at the bottom (home, account, explore, etc) are black ... Just like their background. I.e., nothing is visible. I've had 3 messed up orders in 1 months. I spend a lot of money on Amazon. one order caused me to reschedule my fishing trip a whole week. hours spent on phone and was re charged a month after I sent back an item they refunded them took the money out of my bank account again and caused my bank to go into overdraft and wouldn't compensate for it. This app is very handy to have. However it suddenly logs out out every now and then and I didn't have a problem until today (3rd May 2024) It enabled 2 step verification all on its own to my old number (which I don't have access to) and now won't let me log in. I tried multiple ways but nothing works. I can't access my account, and to start over would mean to loose everything I have saved in my list. This app came pre-installed on my phone. I use occasionally, but I can easily do without it. It just updated on my phone despite my having all the settings allowing auto-updates turned off. And yes, I do knòw there’s more than one and where they are. If I had wanted the app updated, I would have done it myself. I used to enjoy the app, had no issues, and used it often. I liked the app much better than their website, but now the app is unusable. It freezes/crashes every single time. If I go to look at product pictures or reviews, guaranteed freeze.
