Hi i have no proplem with the service at all. The only proplem i have is that the cámara will go offline some times. More so when i am not at home, i have to put it on manualy and i can be away for days. Apart from that i am still happy with the systom and the surport i have. I want to to be able to customize my activity zones more. I think I should be able to trigger the flashlight alarm and sound alarm on my front door activity zone, but I don't want an alarm going off when someone is on my driveway zone. yet it still want to be able to record when my driveway zone is triggered. I think more customizations between zones would overall make homes safer and you obviously have the tech to do it. I will continue to use but hope for updates.2025-01-19 13:14:13
