What the hell is going on, like always poor app, new problem now, it's been more than a week when you want to add packages or top up the app stops working, and when you call the customer service they say we will transfer you to payment department so that you enter your credit card information and they add TL for you and then you call us back they we will convert that TL in packages for you but when you do that even at the end it says the process failed!2025-02-07 09:39:55

First the app has lot's of technical problems, it doesn't open easy, also Turkcell charge you (not cheap) fees while using the app from mobile data. And you will face problems buying a new package.
