Works pretty well I think you'll have to talk to them for help and support to figure out some of the features (I wasn't able to figure it out) and the only thing that's really annoying me is that I never got a notification for some of the mailers that were supposed to go out that didn't but when I talked to one their support they helped me and they fixed it along with giving me credit for the inconvenience. They state data is the most updated available, "pulled daily". Satellite imagery is at least 5 years old in my area. I've contacted support about this numerous times. Also, they strip all the filtering options when searching for properties when you pay the $50 month plan. Even the basics such as lot Square footage, #units, rooms, no anything. You can't do filter searches AT ALL. I had the $100ish plan for a few months and that gave the ability to filter. Also skip trace falls A LOT.2024-05-04 15:47:06

The problem I've been having is the tracking on the app it freezes up every now and then while I'm driving doesn't always keep up ,and I seem to always have to hit the arrow in the right hand corner to align It back up. And the price for skip tracing is costly i only skip trace after i do research and know it could be a great deal.2024-05-03 22:39:37

No matter how many times I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app it just keeps closing back down. I have sent an email explaining the problem. I will update my review in a few days if they manage to fix the issue. (UPDATE July 8th) So the app no longer closes down and I was told I could login to my account. Al here. This was a great experience using Deal Machine. I found the online Training to be super helpful. AJ the Trainer was fantastic on helping to understand how to create a buyer's list and how to use the Virtual Drive fir Dollars. Zach Ginn and Matt Video was a key eye opener the best 2 hour video Beginner Video on how to use Deal Stream. This is a great app that really gives its users a handful of tools to help ensure that whatever the real estate need is at the time, it's able to be met as efficiently as possible.
