The app says $20 a month but when you subscribe, it charges $60 for 3 months without letting you know. NO AVAILABLE DOCTORS! You can only speak to physician assistants and when I asked if I can speak to a dermatologist, they told me that there are no dermatologist serving in the app. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I asked for a full refund but they said they can only refund the %30 due to telecommuniation medical expenses. They cant even provide a medical service. I want a full refund!2024-05-20 12:52:01

The app is buggy and comes with friction in forms and permissions, but this is a great way to "see" a doctor. Edit - used it twice now and have the subscription. Zero complaints. I really appreciate avoiding waiting rooms and wasted time. The PA's have been great and getting scripts, lab reqs where required is painless. Recommend!2024-05-16 22:21:38

I was billed for the full year, even though my membership says it bills quarterly... No way to talk to a real customer service representative. Was emailed back saying they would refund and fix the membership. So make sure you check your credit card after. Prescription came through after 3 hours from initial consult. Not very happy!!! Used this app few times at first everything went fast and smoothly. Recently tried 5 times and missed the call bc I'm always number 75..???for hours. Wont be using this app again! Edit: Three months down the line nobody still bothers to reactivate my account even after writing an email to a support. Shows you what kind of an app and people behind it.
