User interface is substandard. Too much return return return to get back to notifications- questions and quotes from shippers. The only way to see who sent the price, question, or follow up questions is to open blindly and return repeatedly back to notifications. Information about their insurance is difficult to read on a small screen the price is hard to find. No function to block someone I received 5 or 6 bids each higher than the last from one. app freezes and I have to uninstall and reinstall about 10 times a week. After reading the last 30 reviews. I notice that uship didn't bother to respond to any of them. Makes you wonder if they even care about the customers complaint. Uship charge a ridiculous amount of fees and if you cancel load the fees continue to go up until it's pointless to book a load. nothing works properly in this app and is constantly crashing...there is an old ssying, " if it's not broken, don't fix it"! App worked great about 2 years ago then they stsrted messing sround with it. Problems all the time now. At this very moment app is totally useless crashes as soon as you try to do anything. i unistalled it several time. i have put more ticket complants in with teh support over the past two years and just seems like they are making it worse. the new app is a pos. trying to run a transport co and carriers can't use the new version of u ship with out having to uninstall and reinstall the app carriers are going to leave your site and use another site that workes for customers and Transport ers.
