Unable to order new items not previously ordered. message "encountering technical difficulties and to try again". Issues since upgrade about 4 or 6 weeks. I've deleted and reinstalled app, logged back in everything they told me to do. Update: I think I found a workaround I can only order a new item from list tab then it lets me add that item to my cart. Delivery service and turn around times are excellent! The "rewards" and "discounts" are good, actually great for 3⭐, but it's way too time consuming, with too many steps, and it's a real pain in the pork"butt" to use! I had just the Most terrible time attempting to use this site. Unbelievable. Installed it, didn't let me check out or stop jumping up and down. It was like trying to catch the iten to put it in my cart, before I wasn't able to add it. Attempted to checkout 5 or 6 times, to No avail. ! The app if you can ever get into it is okay. The problem is they combined the shopping/rx apps into one, but the rx section doesn't recognize your old login. Fine, but it also doesn't recognize ur DOB, name, & phone number to create a new rx a/c from the old. Nope! It'll tell you your phone is already in use. Well of course it is!
