Not Bad For A Freebie:) So I installed this FTFC app a few months ago and so far, so good. If you can live w/the ads it does pretty much everything a cellular no. is supposed to do. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to send SMS w/audio, pics and small video clips in via messenger something my google voice no. can't always do. This is an app with a lot of potential, but a vast number of issues. The top 6 issues below are mostly user interface issues, and user experience ones, but are important to note before you sign up (1) it is a sales engine for multiple numbers. I have signed up to 4 numbers. I have many premium packages. This is by far the best Wi-Fi calling and texting app. It is actually really free, no hidden gimmicks or no hidden fees. The only thing I say that could be different is the ads. I mean you have to pay $2.99 to even register and then weekly, they want another $4.99. And sometimes the ads go over your messages so you can't see messages sometimes. This app has way too many ads. Very annoying. I only use it for texting and it is horrible. Normally when a text comes through the phone should vibrate when set on that but this app does not. I have double checked all the settings. All I get is a small notification at the top of the screen and if I miss it then I won't know I have a message until I open the app. Has potential but for now this app is not one of the good ones.2024-05-07 11:20:28

App worked great up until I needed an activation code for my banking. I felt like I was being extorted by FreeTone because the activation code could not be seen by me until I paid for a premium subscription. So much for being free.2024-05-05 22:45:31
