I was using the item purchase services quite long from bykea but since the update made couple of months earlier, the service interface has been changed and got worst experience. I completely lost and tried some times to figure it out but the ease of use is gone. Finally I switched to another service provider to give me that service. Kindly look into this matter seriously. I was trying to get a ride but unfortunately the search bar wasn't searching any thing so reinstall the app but still didn't work, so choose the destination manually on the map & this whole process take at least 30 mints & reach late for my meeting, was embarrassed. this searching problem happens often with me kindly fix this glitch, it will be appreciated.2024-05-04 20:33:35

Uninstalling just after the 1st delivery. Not only the total charges were not mentioned but the word "booking charges" were not mentioned with the shown amount making me believe that was all the reciever had to pay. The charges were 4 times more than that. Map is missing so the rider has to rely on sender reciever n ppl on the road to find the way. A total hassle and stupidity of the highest level. Kindly DO NOT even try to use this app... They will add uninformed balance from nowhere to your wallet and will charge you on your trip. I've been victimized. I tried to use the app after many days to go to office and there were atleast 20-30 Rs. in my wallet and in very few minutes, I just closed the app & repoened it and bammm, my wallet was showing -150 (negative). The experience has been awful. The riders take long routes just because they want to follow the maps and you get charged extra and when you contact the customer support for it they either don't reply for hours or if they do they close the chat without even resolving the issue. The service is awful and the customer support service is worst. Also, on the name of refund they just give you less than half of the extra amount that you had to pay.2024-05-03 02:33:39
