Parasitic battery drain.... This app is a confusing, convoluted mess. Its interface while flashy and impressive at first glance is lacking the most basic functionality. All of that could be overlooked if not for the elephant in the room - it drains your battery when not in use. I liked the app at first but now I've found that the bus times are always incorrect.. And I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall bc the trip planner always stops working. I reported it to tech support thru the app and it was like pulling teeth to get him/her to even understand what I was talking about. This new update/system is NOT working. When you enter your desired pick up time- Even though it's 30 minutes out- the app continuously tells you to schedule the ride at a later time. Stuck. I had to call GoLink to schedule a ride, which defeats the purpose & convenience of downloading the app. Thankfully the young lady I spoke to listened & was helpful.
