I am not rating the business but the app. personally I love rokomari as it's my way to explore books and buy even when i dont live in dhaka. the delivery speed is also satisfying or I should say I get surprised sometimes. but as an app I would say they can make it more comfortable. Very poorly designed app. It's almost as if they don't want you to make an order. Especially for English books. Perfect app! But I faced a problem. When I do payment through bkash, payment status isn't updated in app or don't show any kind of statement thus I can understand what to do. Very good application. But I have a suggestion for you. You need to select options in cart. That means, suppose there are 20 books in my cart from 20 I want to buy 5 books from my cart. As of right now, the moment I'm writing this review, this app is a mess. Especially when it comes to the payment system. The UI is, to be honest, not one of the worst I've seen. But definitely didn't live up to my expectations. Simply tapping the back button always takes ME directly to the homepage, rather than taking me back to the previous page. There is a lot more improvement to be done. Thankfully, it's still in beta. Best of luck. I'll change my rating after you release the official version.2024-05-17 05:09:10
