It's so nice to have an app that is not kid game oriented, it's very realistic with realistic cases and options. Love it!!! Just need a little more free content and feedback options!2024-05-18 19:16:12

This is not a game! It is the most realistic portrayal of an ER rotation that I have ever seen. Animation is awesome, and the ability to interact with the patient makes this app a great learning tool for any med student or intern.2024-05-17 17:38:37

Really good app. But In emergency some actions are time dependent but app doesn't count this. E.g my patient was not breathing and it took 5 min for me to find intubation button but patient remained alive and it didn't reflect on my scores. Plus free version should have more cases.2024-05-16 17:55:16

Very good VERY VERY GOOD. However, only 4 stars as I have no medical background and selected that option. Although there's a short tutorial, it doesn't explain what is what. Maybe an update explaining what drug does what would be good. Even if it's just a little option (or a ? Link) at the side of the drug name or diagnosis option. That you can press. Tried to find a drug to lower a HR and ended up putting it to 225BPM lol. Just a thought.2024-05-16 12:35:02

Amazing app and great learning opportunity. Would be nice to see some EMS cases. Also would improve if there was more feedback to interventions and an ability to reassess more. Keep up the great work!2024-05-16 12:35:02
