Slow, slow, SLOW. Has been for years. Nothing you tap on this app ever just... loads. I'm always waiting for it to catch up. Startup is the worst, why does it take a full 10 seconds for an app to load? The most frustrating thing is having deals be expended without you actually using them, but locking you out of trying again for 15 minutes anyway. The app knows right away when you DO use one at a restaurant, so why does it still lock me out if I accidentally switch off the app WITHOUT using one?2024-05-29 18:49:01

I wish I could 0 stars and still leave a review, I have had to update the app multiple times and after the last time, it won't even open up anymore..I had enough points saved to get something too...not happy And still however long later and it's doing the same thing.. ridiculous Here we are 2 years later and still a similar issue I literally CANT ACCESS MY REWARDS! The app is convenient to use under normal circumstances. However, it doesn't allow you to use any rewards functions until you give it full location access, meaning that even setting the permissions to 'ask every time' it won't work properly. Worst food app:The only mobile food app that is constantly trying to force you to turn location services on while using it. Other apps let you choose a store location, and it uses that for deals, etc. Repeatedly disrupts the user about it while trying to navigate an order, making you re-select your store from a clunky menu multiple times if you dare try and access a deal. No joke, McDonald's actually has the cleanest, most efficient app of all food-ordering apps. It's very fast, every option is right where you need it at the moment you think to search for it, e.g. you can immediately upgrade an item to the full meal with a button press, as opposed to grubhub where every permutation of a possible order is splayed out as a separate item. App automatically selects restaurants that aren't anywhere near where I am. And if I don't triple check that, it will automatically change back after I've selected the correct restaurant manually. *Edit You state you've added a cancel option. That is nowhere in the order details or order information. I have followed up with you via email and screenshots showing that there is no such option.
