Edit: Things have seemingly been restored...thanks SEPTA This used to track buses really well, but over the last few months a lot of buses on the routes I use show up with a status of "untracked" or don't show any status at all...nor does the app list last location in the timetable anymore...so I never know when or if a bus will show up...which defeats the purpose of even having this app since Google maps tells me the schedules.2024-05-30 12:39:01

App is very glitch prone, frequently unable to load real time location, arrival data, or system schedules. Unable to do trip planning. Next to arrive is slow because it requires you to input a destination which serves no purpose for getting needed information of when the next vehicle is coming. Trying to navigate to find needed information is difficult and painful. SEPTA also refuses to cancel buses they won't run so the app displays ghost buses that don't exist.2024-05-29 21:48:22

This is just barely useful. The biggest issue is that Favorite Routes/Next to Arrive shows only the next three trains, and to see any more, or to plan for tomorrow, you have to manually enter the same route into Schedules. This is INSANE. Another issue is that the app requires read permission for your files so that it can download and access new schedules. Why does it not just access a database for most routes and store your favorites in its local folder?2024-05-29 02:44:41

App used to work great. I use it almost every day to check bus times and put money on my key card. Recently i tried favoriting routes and it made the app crash almost immediately. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but im still having problems with it crashing. I hope they fix that bug because the app is so frustrating to use now and it used to work fine. Vast improvement over Septa's old app. You can set favorites like the old one, but this one gives you real-time, and tracking. I've used this app, been on a bus, looked at next available for my second bus, and in real-time, I was able to decide which stop to get off to catch the second bus. Having an issue logging into the App. Logged me out and now is saying password is incorrect. Changed password and also uninstalled the App and still saying wrong password. But able to log into the Online system. 8/29/23 Three months later and the app is still giving me issues. Thought it'd been fixed. But the issue has returned.
