I've seen a ton of 1 star reviews on here and I think it's because people didn't upgrade their firmware through the app, running on old firmware will make anyone think the app is useless. Just received my BT 450 today and decided to try out the app despite a lot of the poor ratings. I also had the same problems as the others with the app crashing as soon as I registered. App also kept telling me I couldn't do a lot of stuff without allowing it to access my contacts. Found that to be highly suspicious. Safe to say I immediately uninstalled the app.2024-06-04 04:20:24

I had to delete this app. it stopped the bluetooth communication with my Note 9 the next day. My phone will NOT call any numbers when I tell it to call someone. I thought this app would correct that. I can't voice text or open app using this headset, I will be uninstalling the app and buying new headsets. Well I bought 550 headset and there are even bigger garbage in the first pair I had bought both pair fell apart broke into pieces the second pair which is with brand new out the box in like 3 days plastic broke apart and fell out the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting everyday every time I get a call I'm done this product clearly was made in China2024-06-03 04:08:24
