dont know why they have updated it and made it worse. cant login now without having to put my full details in everytime because it thinks my mobile security password is wrong. which it isnt.now it says i have another device. which i dont. customer service line is alwaya engaged cant get through. Do not open an account with this bank! They permanently closed my company account while i was outside HK because of COVID19 and they couldn't reach my by post and HK number. It's been a few months now that I'm trying to get back the money i had there to another HSBC but it's impossible, they always make up something new, make you fill in files that won't open or download, endless emails and phone calls and my money is still kept by them. Frustrating. Account gets locked everytime when I attempted to log in with mobile security key. I got locked once, called the CS and waited 30 kins to get it unlockes, then reset the mobile security key. When tried to log in with the correct, newly reset code, account gets locked again. CS said I mistyped the first pasaword of another pair of passwords for 3 times, which in fact I have only entered ONCE for resetting the mobile security key. (Android 9)2024-06-16 09:20:11
