Truly regretful! The data plans are extortionate (AED 50 for just 1 GB!) and the customer service is unavailable at best, abysmal at worst. I decided to bite the bullet and pay for the 1GB data and I'm still not able to use my data when I go outside. This is borderline scammy. A lot of problems with the app of late where when you try to open it, it states "Oops something went wrong. Check your network and try again later." This is when I'm out in the open and my network is Virgin's! I have friends who complain about the same problem when they try to open the app from their side around the same time. Very awful. Virgin mobile has no customer hotline to call a person. All are automated. However, when you have an issue and message them thru app, it just reloads and goes dead. It goes back to home screen and cant leave a message. It setimes have a message that the app has bugs that needs to be fixed.
