don't book Tickets through this application, i have booked using trip guarantee but got disappointment. they did not provide the seats instead of this provided single seat for 2 person. but they have charged 400 rupees extra. I tried to reach customer care but no right response. they are routing this issue to IRCTC. if you are blame irctc then why are you using trip guarantee option. how many people have exp like this.... very very bad experience . now I'm going to uninstall this fake app.2024-06-16 12:26:01

Never book holiday through MMT. They will charge the whole cancellation amount which in our case was 1 lakh for changing even a single hotel. The sales person made all kinds of promises when selling us the Greece package and later when we wanted to make change in our iteniary said it's not possible and any change will lead to cancellation charges. Please use a local travel agent. All my issues raised on their app are not responded yet.2024-06-16 11:29:18

The customer support of this agent is absolutely a nightmare...God help you, if you have booked a ticket and something goes wrong...my trips section is simply not visible...The app doesn't work properly for tickets booked without a surname...the agents just make promises without any action...pathetic app and pathetic customer support...Better off to book directly with hotels or airlines.2024-06-16 00:28:09

poor customer service, I booked a bus ticket on 28 of March and bus operator informed me 4 hours before journey that bus will not come to my pickup location, even though location is available in mmt application, so bus operator said he will cancel the booking from his end and I will get full refund as the cancelation was from his end, I have raised requests for the same in mmt application, it's been 4 days and so far no updates and refund.
