Don't waste your money on this product. Why? 1) Customer service is non-existent. Try getting a reasonable, non-computer generated reply to a simple question. Impossible. 2) Has 0% accuracy on tracking shots. I have spent as much time editing rounds as shooting 9 holes. Easier to track your history on your card. 3) Uses up an astonishing amount of phone battery. 4) Cannot read putts. Not sensitive enough for short putts. 5) The website is difficult to use. Not intuitive at all. 6) If you have to take a provisional shot it completely messes this up. Great idea but if I could give it 0 stars I would.2024-04-17 01:42:04

The app and technology is pretty good but the bad rating is because there is no way to check subscription details (expiry, renewal payment method etc.). It feels kind of sketchy that they have my payment details but I don't know when the payment is coming up and I can't change my payment card either. Useless product and service. They don't respond to emails or chats on Instagram. They charge $16.00 a month but you have to pay 1 year at a time. No monthly membership available. So if you live where you can't golf year round your basically paying $32 a month. My cell bill is monthly, my music service is monthly and I can use those 24/7. But Arccos golf, you might use for 4 to 5 hours once or twice week . Can't use it on the range. Plus they get your stats. Take lessons instead.2024-04-16 12:37:55

Arccos finally fixed my home course after several emails and having to basically label the course for them. It wasn't easy with how slow their responses are. Still, the system is not perfect and for the money they want to charge it needs to be very close to perfect. Shots get missed all the time and the only remedy for that is to spend even more money on a product that also has mixed reviews. Very disappointed with experience with this ap so far. Had it for over a year. At first it was just very annoying that it completely drains the battery of my phone. I overcome that at my own expense and inconvenience by buy a battery charger I have to use mid round. But now its completely useless. Not tracking shots anymore (all sensors are paired and activated) not moving with me on the course. After 3 reasonably satisfied years with Arccos the system has become so unreliable that it feels like time to save money at the next renewal date. The "Beta Dashboard" hasn't changed since I've been a member. It inserts multiple non-existent shots onto multiple holes; Link is utterly useless and not fit for purpose.
