This is a great emulator, and though it's a bit odd to be handling your console controls on top of your game (landscape, not portrait, which offers a normal "game boy" experience), you totally get used to it pretty quick. It doesn't get in your way near as much as you might think when you first start using it. Personally my favourite snes emulator. It allows to change which player you are for your screen controller and Bluetooth controller. By that I mean you can make the controller player 1 and the screen player 2. Or the other way around if you wish. Therefore you can play any multiplayer snes game on the go. Lots of options. And attractive format. It doesn't auto detect your roms so you will have to find your downloads folder but that's not a problem it takes like 2 seconds.2024-04-22 09:02:34

Works better than my PC for running SNES games. Although my version of snes9x on PC is from 2012. Works seamlessly with a controller I bought on Amazon and mods work phenomenal. Highly recommend to retro gamers on the go only downside is the screen can easily switch in and put of full-screen if you tilt your phone and the app doesn't actually fit your screen very well. Great Emulator But... I hate the dpad controls, I wish the were options to change control format, along with the dpad being changed to a stick. I hate when my figure slides off the dpad and makes my character stop moving, needs to be a control stick that can be dragged and held. Makes playing games like Zelda link to the past nearly impossible as link just stops moving because my finger slides of dpad and I die because you can't drag movement control.2024-04-20 05:15:45

Great emulator. NO AD'S or In-App Purchases, 5 Stars for 100% Free. One issue is that it doesn't run some games. Maybe the ROM is bad ? I noticed a few games are in interleaved format and don't play. Otherwise it's OK. Update: Performance issue were the app refuses to trotle up the CPU causing the emulator to not render at full speed, despite the devices having plenty of CPU available. Happens on all devices I tested, so its not device especific. No idea if this is intentional to save battery.2024-04-19 19:27:07
