took me a while to figure out the legal moves, and a lot longer to remember what each piece does. the game is changing and fun. I came from not knowing any of the rules to being able to play a LV 3 program.

The only negative thing I have to say about this app is that the English is hard to understand or unintelligible in some places. Otherwise it's an excellent app for beginners who want to learn shogi (like me). The app is high quality and easy to use. More apps should be made with this level of care/quality. Thank you for your work

Have been playing a match daily and really enjoy the gameplay. Slowly progressing levels to see where I cap out at the current moment and each level has it's own unique mechanics the ai introduces. The learning curve is implemented well. thank you for this app.

Very good app for starters, there is a tutorial and an explaining session for each piece, and another session just for practicing with level selection for the AI, good enough to prepare you for either evaluate your level or to improve yourself each level at time!

Love that Shogi is available in English and I am grateful for it. However, grammar needs improving. It is also difficult to get out of practice mode without being forced into another game; it would be good to be able to save your practice games during rather than at the end. Otherwise, it's great!

I downloaded this app to learn and start practicing shogi and didn't regret it. It gives you the basic information you need to start and it has an online and a practice mode. It seems like it was developed in another language (possibly Japanese), because the English translation isn't perfect, but it can be understood.
