Great game but horrible app. Ads are almost offensive they are so weird and bad, and slow to load/finish. Also a few months back the app stopped sending me any push notifications so I constantly forget to log in and often time out on games. I didn't change any settings and have ensured all notifications are allowed in the app and in my settings. Every trick in the book implemented within this platform in order to force feed us unrelenting ads. I can only imagine a person with a visual impairment trying to navigate around these commercial obstacles e.g. the smallest conceivable (x) that needs to be pressed perfectly center in order to continue with the game. It's the same as the original WWF except they added more animations and unused features (clubs, solo challenges, events) that can't be disabled. The animations are so distracting that it is an accessibility issue. The ads are intolerable. Just upgraded since they're retiring the original and am not happy with how long the ads are (most are not skippable after 5 seconds like the old game), particularly given how frequent they are. You already had to spend more time on ads than the game before. Would be willing to pay to remove ads, but the only option is for 30 days, not permanently. I've been playing ad-free since 2012, but WWF2 is getting worse with every update. The Android back button no longer works, and the game is very slow (especially Word Wheel, which makes me rewatch instructions constantly). Messaging no longer capitalizes words and makes you click “enter” twice to send. Popups for other WWF2 games constantly interrupt ongoing WWF2 gameplay, which is annoying and self-defeating. I resent being forced to have to download this app in lieu of the original game. And the new game constantly freezes and I have to shut it down and restart it constantly in order to continue my games and the amount of pop-up adds are thoroughly absurd.
