To be honest the game itself is fun and glitches are to be expected. The player community is great. However the "customer support" is non-existent. They are not transparent with players about server updates, problems with the game, or how they will compensate players when things go wrong. It is a nice game L, but....... U have to have lots of money(real life money) to get nice stuff. It is basically impossible to improve without spending money or buying new armors because with the armors u can get for free they aren't that good.
