I adore this game, its been so long since ive found a game that matches my strategic style perfectly. however there are a few issues. the first being unable to send messages to my opponents. i would love to be able to converse with my opponemt and discuss their strategy and work on improvements for my own. Fun, not riddled with ads, and the worst things other players can do is throw annoying emotes your way during a game. Runs very smoothly 99% of the time. Not pay-to-play or pay-to-win. A very good take on a classic style. All the races have their strengths and weaknesses, and strategy and quick thinking are very clearly the best approach to any situation. When pushed into a defensive, even when you're holding on by just a thread, there's always the possibility of a comeback no matter how challenging. Will rate higher when bugs are fixed... I like this game, it's a great turn based strategy game. But the app never fits right in my screen, theres cut off edges making it difficult to see everything and click on things, and after playing for a bit this white bar appears on the bottom and blocks more screen. This bug has been around since the first time I played, why cant u fix it? Now the ads cant b closed? I had to close the app to get the ad off the screen. I LOVE this game - it's very strategical, flexible, and fun to play. However, for now, it looses one star because the matchmaking can be really unfair - me (Base 10) Vs Base 14! This is the worst I've had (and I lost surprisingly), and are frequently matched with players two levels above me, which doesn't sound like much, BUT IT IS! Stormbound has beautiful graphics, an easy to understand menu, and wonderful combat. The only thing I would recommend fixing is the scarcity of cards and rubies. It is so hard to get cards, especially when you cannot move up in rankings, and that nakes the game really frustrating sometimes when you play against people who have level 3 cards and you don't because you haven't been able to get enough cards to upgrade them.2024-04-19 20:40:14
