Rise is a combination of Incremental/Idler and team battler. You upgrade cards to prestige through episodes of AEW with Match & Crew increasing passive income; Wrestlers 3v3 for various resources (or you can even just grind PvP if you don't like the idle episodes). Fun scenes intersperse shows. Fresh mix of common game mechanisms. Cash buys priced for whales, but resources are fairly generous if you make the effort during events. The only reason I installed this game in the first place is because it popped up on Mistplay. It works well enough as an idle game, but the game is blatantly p2w, and the "story" designed to move you from chapter to chapter?
